 James comes from a sports physiology background and has been working for Oasis Otters since 2008. He was appointed as Head Coach in 2010. Since then, he has coached multiple Age National Swimmers including 2014, 2015, and 2016 Age National Championships Finalists and 2024 SC National MC Finalist, multiple State Finalists, and State medalists. James is an Advanced Coach (Sliver License). He is responsible for club performance training, and overseeing the club training program for all squads.
  Bridget has been with our club for more than 19 years. As a competitive swimmer, she has achieved State Finalist multiple times. She was appointed as club Vice Capitan for 4 consecutive years. She is an Advanced Coach (Silver License). Bridget has graduated with a Bachelor's of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University with a major in Sport Coaching. She has had experience with the Swimming Biomechanics Team at the Victorian Institute of Sport, with expertise in stroke technique evaluation; and correction. Bridget is responsible for refining skills and building the competition skills for the swimmers in the Junior Squad and State Target squad.
  Wenbo came from a backgroud of Provincial level Compatetive Swimmer in China. He has been teaching and coaching for more than 10 years in different programs, include YMCA, Haileybury, and Menton Grammer Program. Wenbo is accredited Development Coach (Bronze License) with experties in stroke corrections. His coaching physiology is: Everyon Improves, Everyone Enjoys. He is aimming to help swimmers build the foundation of skills, mental focus, commitment and hard working ethic that will help young kids in Development Sqaud grow.
  Grace has been with Oasis Otters for more than ten years. She was club Capitan for three years. She was a State Medalist of Brreastroke. Grace is accredited ASCTA Funation Coach with experties in Stroke Technique, and Endurance Training. Grace is working toward her Development Coach(Bronze) License. She is responsible to help swimmers in Development Sqaud and the Junior Squad to build the foundation of Endurance and competition skills.
