JUNIOR TALENT WORKSHOP #3
- What is the importance of activation before swimming training? Doing activation before swimming means warming up your muscles before getting into the pool, reducing thechances of injuries that you might get while swimming. Activated muscles and core also means that youn can move through the water more effectively.
- What is one thing you can work on in or out of the pool to prepare you for the next round of testing? One thing that I can work on before the next round of testing is making my Underwater work stronger and more consistent.
- WhatisonethingyougotoutofMichaelKlim’stalk? Michael Klim told us about his swimming career, and how important setting goals are. One thing that I got out of Michael Klim’s talk is that yes, our goal is definitely important, but it is the process we need to focus on. By enjoying the process, we will be able to achieve our goal better.
